- 1. Open hand
- 2. Put palm over handle
- 3. Close hand
- 4. Lift spoon
- 5. Dip spoon into food
- 6. Lift spoon
- 7. Open mouth
- 8. Insert spoon LARGE END FIRST
- 9. Close mouth
- 10. Remove spoon - DO NOT OPEN MOUTH until spoon is fully removed

- FAQ Section

- Q: "I lifted the spoon out of the food, but it won't go into my mouth."

- A: Make sure your mouth is open BEFORE inserting the spoon.

- Q: "I got the spoon into my mouth without a problem, but I only got a tiny
- bit of food."

- A: You closed your hand over the big end of the spoon instead of the little
- end.

- Q: "I got my hand on the spoon and was able to lift it, but I can't pick up
- the food."

- A: Make sure the the spoon right-side up.

- Q: "How do I tell?"

- A: If your reflection is larger than normal when you look at the spoon,
- the spoon is upside down. If your reflection is upside down, the spoon
- is right-side up.

- Q: "Upside down is right-side up? This is too confusing. I give up!"
